This product is fireproof coating for steel ,this paint is made of special resin ,fire retardant materials ,titanium dioxide and other materials. It can prevent the heat transfer of the flame,and make time for fire extinction so as to decrease hazard loss.
Protecting the steel structure from deformation, beam bending ,because it lost the carrying capacity over temperature of 450-650℃ . If no paint, it will damage and can not continue to use.
1.Please do the necessary substrate treatment such as derusting ,dedusting and degreasing, and then apply the anti-corrosive primer paint such as zinc rich primer paint or epoxy mio paint.
2.Make sure the paint is fully mixed before use.
3.Please do not use this product when moisture content RH>90 or T<5℃.
4.No fire or eletric welding work allowed before the coating is hard dry.
